Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Clothing and caps must include original tags and packaging.
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
